Robert Renwick Mortimer (born 23rd May 1959 in Middlesbrough, England), is a British comedian best known for his work with Vic Reeves (see Vic and Bob).

Trivia[]

  • He is a supporter of Middlesbrough FC, and sang vocals on their FA Cup song Let's Dance in 1997.
  • Bob suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis, for which he sometimes uses steroids (mainly at times of high stress - before a tour or show).
  • He and Vic are huge fans of 70's rock band Free, and boast of their encyclopedic knowledge of the subject.
  • He wrote parts of the sketch show Tittybangbang under the name 'Robert Renwick' (his full first name and middle name) as he didn't want the show to be affected by having his name put to it.
